User Registration is free and easy.
Registered users may place items up for auction and may bid on other user's items.
To register, you must provide your name, an address, and your email address. You must be 18 years or older.
When selling an item, you may enter a description of the item, upload a photograph, and indicate the minimum bid and a reserve price for the item. You also indicate what payments you will accept and whether you or the buyer will pay shipping, if applicable.
Sellers are notified by email when an auction is concluded. If a winner exists, the winner and seller are provided each other's contact information.
MobileHomeAuctions is not a participant in selling or buying any items. MobileHomeAuctions provides a web auction type format so that buyers and sellers may interact with each other. Buyers and Sellers are required to make their own transaction arraignments.
Typically upon the completion of an auction buyers may require sellers to make a non-refundable cash deposit set at a percentage of the winning bid (Example five percent ) or provide a letter of credit from a known reputable financial institution.
In any case where the high bidder does not meet the sellers requirements during the time specified the seller at his/her discresion may after notifying the high bidder offer the sale to the next highest bidder. ALL terms and conditions of the sale and payment must be specified by the seller as part of the Item description when they initiate the auction.
